Being a part of the music community in Minnesota is a gift to every artist, listener and participant.  The stage of Vieux Carré is rich with history and whispers of musicians past. Today the tradition continues with a varied schedule highlighting local talents in many different genres with a focus on jazz, soul, blues, and the magic of each.  Patrons and artists share the room to commune in the celebration of life and each other.

Feel-Good Revolution

The Feel Good Revolution, presented by Jazz 88 KBEM and curated by Brittany Lynch and Toki Wright,  is a night of intentional happiness featuring singers, poets, comedians and musicians that perform artistic pieces promoting Happiness, Healing and Triumph. The Feel Good Revolution provides a space for art, entertainment and healing to become synonymous. Throughout the night, emerging artists from the Twin Cities will perform 5 to 7 minute pieces of original art inspired by the theme and share their personal ways of finding happiness. A live band will be available to accompany the artists.  The event will be videotaped and recorded for features on Jazz88 KBEM.

Featured performers include: S’sence Adams and Baby S’sence, Andrea Jenkins, Niles, Kiesha Lamb, Pauline Johnson, Louis Alemayehu, Camille McCalister, Adrienne Ero-Phillips, Precious Wallace
